This year for Halloween we went to the little town of Canela (about 1 and a half hours away from Porto Alegre). We love this little town. The food is amazing and we have a hotel that we love to stay at. We went with our good friends and teammates the Blume family which made things even more fun.Our main reason for Halloween in Canela this year had to do with the food. There is a pizzeria there that is awesome - if you like that kind of thing! It is called "Toca de Bruxa" or the Witch's Hat. All the staff dress up in costumes like it is Halloween and the place is decked out like a non-creepy dungeon. It is a lot of fun. Plus, there are something like 100 different flavors of pizza that they bring to your table - all you can eat!

Even with the outrageous bug bites that Jennifer experienced it was a great get-away to celebrate Halloween with our good friends.

Goodnight that's what happens to me when I get bit by mosquitoes. Looks like a beautiful place though!
